The hotel offers a stunning setting with spacious and quaint cottages nestled on a hillside, providing breathtaking views. I had a great upgrade to a two-bedroom cottage that came with lovely balconies, which added to the charm. However, the internet connection was frustratingly unreliable, and the dining options left much to be desired, especially for dinner. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but some areas could definitely see improvements.

I had a great time at this resort nestled in Chinnakanal, surrounded by breathtaking green hills. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, and the hospitality from the staff truly made our stay enjoyable. However, while the dining experience was decent, the options were a bit limited, especially for lunch and dinner. The lack of Wi-Fi access was another downside that disappointed me during my visit.

The service from the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere. While the dining experience was superb with a diverse menu, I felt that the distance from Munnar town may not suit everyone. Overall, it's excellent value for the amenities and experience provided.
